“Love, Mural Festival, 2025” (FesToi) is a traveling festival that started in 2023 and visits small mountainous communities in Cyprus, celebrating love through creativity. Taking into account the negative effects of urbanization, the festival aims to highlight and reposition these communities on Cyprus’ tourist map. Through a creative approach, it seeks to effectively address the challenges facing mountain villages. So far, FesToi has traveled to four communities: Anogyra, Prastio Avdimou, Farmaka, and Galata.
This year, “Love, Mural Festival” is traveling to Galata (Nicosia district) and invites everyone on June 29 in the afternoon at “Vrysi tou Pogiatzis” to gather and celebrate the completion of the mural with food, drinks, music, and a special workshop for adults designed to foster communication, warmth, and the sharing of present moments.
“Love, Mural Festival 2025” is organized by the association Folk and Contemporary Art Pafiou and offers a unique opportunity for collaboration, connection, and artistic expression through creativity. Here, you can find videos showcasing the festival’s journey.
